ChestPal Ltd. (“ChestPal”) provides a limited warranty on the ChestPal® Pro Electronic Stethoscope (“ChestPal® Pro”) sold exclusively in the United States to licensed healthcare providers for use in accordance with its intended purpose. By using ChestPal® Pro, you agree to be bound by the terms of this warranty. All warranty services must be authorized and performed by ChestPal or a service provider expressly authorized by ChestPal; otherwise, you will be responsible for all service costs.
Coverage Details and Duration
- Coverage area: United States only.
- Duration: Two (2) years from the date of delivery.
- Covered defects: ChestPal® Pro’s defects in materials or workmanship.
Note: Accessories (carrying case, charging cable, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Eligibility
- Applies only to ChestPal® Pro purchased directly from ChestPal or an authorized ChestPal® Pro reseller.
- Sold only to licensed healthcare providers and intended for professional use.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow ChestPal® Pro’s user instructions (e.g., improper cleaning or charging).
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-ChestPal® Pro parts or accessories.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, finish wear).
- Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation over time.
- Damage from exposure to water, dirt, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions outside ChestPal® Pro’s specifications.
- Any software issues caused by third-party applications or unauthorized firmware updates.
ChestPal’s Responsibility
If your ChestPal® Pro experiences a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, ChestPal will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent function and value.
Any repaired or replaced product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
How to Request Service
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact ChestPal Support via [email protected] email.
When contacting us, include:
- Your order number.
- Where you purchased or received the device.
- Device serial number.
- Description of the issue and any troubleshooting steps you’ve taken.
All service requests must be approved by ChestPal. Unapproved service or repair will void this warranty.
Legal Details
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state. It does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. ChestPal’s liability is expressly limited to the purchase price paid for the product. ChestPal shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use ChestPal® Pro.
